Montana Democrat transgender legislator Zooey Zephyr confirmed on May 1 that Zephyr is working with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to sue the Montana Legislature after it censured the state lawmaker last week. Taking to Twitter, Zephyr, a biological male who identifies as a bisexual trans woman, said the recent actions by Montana lawmakers violate Zephyr s First Amendment rights [ ]
